This document introduces the "Suction Roll" handled by Nikko Co., Ltd. as a proposal for a new suction roll. Traditionally, we have adopted a porous ceramic called "Aerofix," which has a finer and more uniform pore surface than the roll surface processed with a porous metal. We have now released the "Suction Roll," which is equipped with Aerofix on a high-tension roller, allowing for high-speed transport without leaving any marks on the material. Thanks to our unique ceramic sintering technology, we achieve: - An average pore size of 2μm with a porosity of 40% - High performance and precision with uniform adhesion strength - Capability to adhere even to the edges of films and other materials - No marks left after adhesion - Usable in dry environments as well as wet environments - Usable in high-temperature environments up to 150°C This product can be used for a wide range of applications.
