The vibration analysis program SX-A1VA is a program that adds vibration measurement and analysis functions to the multifunction measurement system SA-A1.
- It has basic functions for vibration measurement, allowing for the measurement of vibrations in industrial machinery, equipment diagnostics, and trend management. - It can also perform precise diagnostics using FFT analyzer functions and envelope processing functions. - Vibration evaluation can be conducted using ISO absolute value judgment functions or by setting arbitrary judgment criteria. - It can connect up to four acceleration pickups, enabling simultaneous vibration measurement in two horizontal directions, one vertical direction, or multiple surfaces. - With the auto store function, vibration measurement values and rotational speed can be continuously saved every 0.1 seconds. - It is also possible to calculate the average value of vibration over a specified measurement time. - Filters (HPF, LPF) can be individually set for acceleration, velocity, and displacement. - Various types of acceleration pickups (sold separately) can be connected.
