Measuring sag, droop, distortion, and flattening!
We offer "cross-sectional shape measurement." Using lasers, we measure the cross-sectional shape inside the pipe (pipe deflection and flattening). By combining this with PC analysis, we can achieve detailed analysis. Additionally, we can capture images inside the pipe and measure the deformation of the pipe (the amount of flattening compared to a perfect circle) using the flattening ratio. Quantifying the deformation of the pipeline will greatly contribute to future measures. 【Flattening Ratio Measurement (Measurement Method)】 ■ Indicate two points on the left and right on the monitor, and drag the displayed ellipse (flattening ratio 50%) to match the deformation shape. ■ Compare the ellipse with the same circumference as a perfect circle to calculate the flattening ratio. ■ The flattening ratio is the ratio of the short diameter of the ellipse to the diameter of the perfect circle. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
