Chopped carbon, used in high-end sports cars, is expressed through screen printing.
A material made by solidifying finely chopped carbon fibers with resin, known as "Chopped Carbon." Our company has expressed the appearance of chopped carbon through screen printing. By combining transparent film with special inks, it is also possible to make letters and designs emerge when combined with backlighting (dead front). Furthermore, by using our high-pressure molding machine, 3D shapes are also possible.

Company information
Nameplates… These are the face parts or description labels of products manufactured using techniques such as screen printing. For example, they can be found on the switch operation parts of home appliances and low-voltage products, as well as on various panels of automobiles and pachinko machines. In addition to paper, there are various printed materials made of plastics and metal plates around us. Since our establishment in 1959, we have adapted to changes in the industry over time, and now we utilize technologies such as screen printing, offset printing, anodizing, etching, and film molding to create the "faces" of various products.
