We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a pharmaceutical company. The company regularly sterilizes and cleans sanitary silicone hoses, but they were facing challenges with drying and storage after cleaning, as they could not find a suitable existing drying cabinet. We listened to their requirements and proposed the design and manufacture of a dedicated drying and storage cabinet. As a result, this equipment can dry and store eight hoses, with a quick drying time, and allows for hygienic management even when not in use.
