"Miterune" supports the appropriate operation of industrial furnaces by detecting fires, measuring air-fuel ratios, furnace temperatures, and exhaust gas temperatures with sensors inside the industrial furnace, and visualizing this data. It is designed to be easily operable even for beginners, allowing users to constantly check the "health" of the industrial furnace while viewing numbers and graphs on a PC or tablet. At the start of the service, a "medical record" is created to understand the basic information regarding the furnace's integrity, enabling us to propose optimal operation consulting and planned equipment renovations.
