We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a food factory. We received a consultation regarding a production line that uses hot water, where the flooring material at the junction with the drainage was peeling off quickly, causing problems. In response, we proposed a floor coating that can withstand high temperatures. As a result, we were able to prevent the peeling of the base material and achieve heat resistance and high durability of the flooring material. Although improving the base material took time due to the need for concrete polishing, we focused on careful work and were able to integrate the new base material effectively.
