[Case Study] PET Bottle Conveying Line

A special guide plate to resolve product tipping troubles! Selected materials known for their slip resistance and durability.

This is a case study of solving customer issues in the PET bottle transportation process at a beverage company. In recent years, the company has been struggling with the increasing complexity and diversity of bottle shapes, which have been getting caught on the conveyor's guide plates and falling over. To address this, we learned that by machining a V-groove on the surface of the guide, the contact area could be reduced, thereby resolving similar issues. We proposed this solution to the customer. As a result, instead of a temporary measure like applying slip-resistant tape, a permanent solution was achieved.
