[Case Study] Simultaneously achieving an environment suitable for OEM contracting and improving production efficiency.
Reduce the risk of foreign object contamination! Efficient workflow construction through the relocation of chemical tanks, various manufacturing equipment, and transport devices.
We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a paper processing company. In order to receive OEM contracts from a major manufacturer, it was necessary to improve the production environment. This involved renovating aging buildings and piping infrastructure, as well as reassessing the layout of complex equipment to enhance production efficiency. As a result, we reused existing steel frames and beams as much as possible after confirming their strength, achieving a reduction in construction time and costs. Consequently, there were no incidents of foreign matter contamination, and a clear flow of movement was established, which shortened travel distances and improved productivity. 【Proposal Details】 ■ Ceiling replacement, floor painting, wall painting ■ Various piping updates and partial re-routing ■ Installation of new partition walls after the removal of existing walls to optimize area division ■ Relocation and installation of air showers, handwashing stations, and sheet shutters ■ Construction of an efficient flow by relocating chemical tanks, various manufacturing equipment, and transport devices ■ Removal of existing liquid barriers and installation of new liquid barriers *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Issues】 ■ The layout has become complicated and inefficient due to multiple relocations and modifications of the facilities in the past. ■ We want to clearly separate the mixed raw material storage area from the production area. ■ We want to consolidate the raw material liquid tanks, which are currently dispersed in three locations, and establish a containment area as a leakage prevention measure. ■ Since construction will take place while some production is ongoing, it is necessary to create a construction schedule that aligns with the production schedule. ■ When repairing the aging ceilings, walls, and floors, construction must be carried out to prevent foreign substances from contaminating the products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
