Detailed information

  This is a part related to industrial cameras. It was a challenging part because the starting position of the screw must be within a certain range, and there are high demands for appearance. The cost was 1,200 yen (excluding tax) for over 100 pieces.

  These are also industrial camera-related parts. They have been treated with satin black anodizing, and the matte finish looks cool. We produced three prototypes at just over 20,000 yen each (excluding tax).

  It is a processed part made of PEEK carbon fiber reinforced G.

  This is a part made of Kovar, known as a difficult-to-machine material. It seems that the customer inquired with several companies and was mostly turned down by most vendors, citing "it's a difficult material." Within our network of partner companies, there are vendors with extensive experience in handling such materials, and we were able to address the customer's concerns.

  It is a small brass part. Since the original design from the requesting company would result in high costs, we proposed an alternative, allowing us to manufacture it at about 30% lower cost, which was well received.
