We would like to introduce our "Bolt-Jointed Operating Platform," which can reduce both manufacturing and installation labor hours. In various plants and factory facilities, numerous floors and walkways are installed for the operation, maintenance inspection, and monitoring of equipment and tanks, both indoors and outdoors. These operating platforms are typically constructed using welding for assembly work, but this process often involves the removal of welding thermal distortion and finishing work for painting, which contributes to high costs. Our company offers a "Bolt-Jointed Operating Platform" that not only reduces welding labor hours but also contributes to a reduction in assembly labor hours at the installation site. By utilizing the general-purpose 3D software "TEKLA STRUCTURES," we conduct structural planning and verify equipment operability, and after confirming the strength of each component, we develop factory production drawings with the customer's approval if necessary.
