Vacuum-formed tray, wear-resistant tray
Vacuum-formed trays, electronic component trays, industrial trays, conductive trays, plastic trays.
To customers troubled by debris caused by tray wear.
Trays will implement anti-scraping measures depending on the products being packaged. This is because there may be slight scraping of the tray at the contact points with the product, resulting in the generation of fine debris. When packaging products that have high surface hardness and sharp edges in plastic trays, caution is necessary. **Features of MAPPREND's Wear-Resistant Trays** 1. Trays that protect against scraping One of the anti-scraping measures involves design modifications. Therefore, the regulated and restrained areas of the product are very important. However, vacuum forming has limitations in fine shaping, and it cannot be freely molded. Our design technology and molding technology during production can accommodate wear-resistant trays. 2. Selection of materials suitable for anti-scraping trays One of the anti-scraping measures involves selecting the materials used for the trays. We will select and propose the most suitable materials from various sheets of PET, PS, and PP for your products. Additionally, by using wear-resistant trays with surface treatment, it is possible to further enhance wear resistance. We will select the optimal materials according to your specifications and make proposals.
