■ Capable of manufacturing wide and long PE (polyethylene) laminated composite materials with a width of 2m (e.g., composite material roll of 2m width × 30m). ■ Line SP: Capable of producing at a maximum speed of 10m/min (20 square meters/min). ■ Polyethylene resin is extruded in a laminated form using a T-die and adhered to the composite material (extrusion amount of 200–2000g/square meter). By extruding in a laminated form, water resistance can be achieved. ■ Flame retardant, water-repellent, and antibacterial functions can be added upon request. ■ Composite materials can be combined with any materials that can be rolled, such as non-woven fabrics, textiles, paper, metal foils, and resin sheets. ■ Composite materials can be procured from both domestic and overseas manufacturers. ■ Consistent support from design to prototyping to mass production at a single domestic location certified with ISO 9001 and 14001.
