Recommended for those who want to create several heat exchangers using wavy fins. ■ Plate Type A heat exchanger constructed by stacking several types of plate materials and our wavy fins. By innovating the hole shapes, plate thickness, and fin dimensions of the plate materials, it is possible to design heat exchangers with various flow path structures. It is recommended for applications such as liquid-liquid heat exchangers when the fin height is low. ■ Radiator Type A heat exchanger with a radiator structure composed of tubes and headers made from two sheets of metal, along with two types of fins. By making the header part a laminated structure, it easily accommodates variations in fin height and the number of tubes. It is recommended for situations where the header side is connected to existing piping and one side is cooled by a fan or similar device.
