We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Shirabanka" at the IT Infrastructure Technology Research Laboratory, R&D Department of SoftBank Corp. [Challenges Before Implementation] ● We wanted to easily save and share notes taken during meetings. ● We wanted to use a whiteboard to quickly and accurately share information during system failures. The system that saves data on a server within the internal network and shares it via a browser was developed as a unique solution by the Network Planning Department, and we have integrated that solution with the functions of Shirabanka for use. **Effects of Implementation** - A terminal with a touch panel has been installed next to the whiteboard, and the whiteboard's USB cable is connected. - This terminal incorporates a system developed in-house by SoftBank and the whiteboard's POT. - During meetings, simply touching the terminal activates the POT, allowing immediate use. - Saved whiteboard data is stored on the internal network server, enabling remote sharing of the whiteboard screen via a browser. - In the event of a system malfunction, only the source can write on the whiteboard, while the remote side can check the whiteboard information in real-time as it is written, making it more convenient.

Moving forward, we aim to contribute by solving challenges faced by more customers in meetings and classes, including online formats.
