We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Shirabake" at an automotive parts manufacturer. The company was live streaming group training conducted at their technical center to local factories using a video conferencing system. Previously, the instructor would write on a whiteboard, and the camera would capture and stream that content. However, factory participants found it difficult to see the writing, and there was a request to resolve this issue.
