Download the dedicated PICO app, place the sensor part on the bottom of the main unit against the surface you want to measure to read the color, and transfer the information to the dedicated app on a Bluetooth-connected iOS/Android smartphone or tablet. You can then match it with a color sample book and digitize the color values, as well as transfer and share that information via email, etc. The micro color sensor (7.8 mm x 2.3 mm) on the bottom of the PICO main unit allows for color measurement in narrow areas. The dedicated Pico app supports over 80 types of color samples, making it easy to find similar colors to what you are looking for (up to 3 colors). You can also create original color samples and share them between PICO apps. Various color comparisons, including measured colors and color samples, can be displayed on the screen, and you can check the differences in numerical values.
