If we assume that the "full wash reset construction" is adopted without replacing the target area of 1000 m² with new materials, we calculated the amount of waste reduction and CO2 emission suppression. The results showed a waste reduction of 5.7 tons and a CO2 emission suppression of 9 tons. The "full wash reset construction" is a new form of reuse that contributes to social issues related to environmental and economic sustainability by not generating waste.
