Product Features - Made from olefin-based materials (PP, PE), this sheet product is odorless, smokeless, and non-toxic, with a foam expansion of 1.5 times without cross-linking. It is environmentally friendly and recyclable. The characteristics of each material are as follows: - PP: Lightweight, water-resistant, insulating, and rigid*1 (*1 Strong against bending) - PE: Lightweight, cold-resistant, and chemical-resistant*2 (*2 Resistant to both acidic and alkaline chemicals) - By using low-foaming materials, the surface is soft, smooth, lightweight, and has good resilience, making it excellent for various processing methods such as cutting and die-cutting. We also accept custom orders for laminating, anti-static functions, and coloring. - Due to its foamed structure, it has a lower specific gravity, allowing for cost reductions compared to solid sheet materials available in the market. Based on the above features, we offer standard sizes in two patterns: 1000×1000mm and 920mm×2000mm, with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to a maximum of 3mm.
