I will explain a testing system that can achieve high energy efficiency and high-precision crack detection.
The "resonance testing machine" vibrates a spring-mass system. It consists of two or three mass oscillators and proposes combinations of axial, torsional, bending, internal pressure, and rotational bending load systems. All systems are common, and the test specimen is unified as the spring of the oscillation system, applying high-precision, high-frequency loads. Additionally, tests using the resonance testing system are particularly beneficial as a precise final test due to their high energy efficiency and high-precision crack detection. 【Characteristics】 ■ High energy efficiency ■ High precision crack detection (damage progression observation) ■ High force up to 2,000 kN or moment up to 400,000 Nm ■ Short testing time (reduced testing time during fatigue tests due to high testing frequency) ■ Only requires a power connection *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
We have established three business areas: excellent "industrial machinery, equipment, and materials" both domestically and internationally, industry-leading "LCD glass cutting machines and peripheral equipment," and "maintenance and consumable materials" that support safe and efficient production. In addition, since April 2011, we have launched an environmental contribution business under the slogan "Advanced environmental and energy-saving machinery for the world." We will actively contribute to environmental conservation and improvement through our business. As globalization of economic activities advances at an unprecedented speed and scale, we will extend our own expertise as a steadfast vertical thread and weave a dense organization with the comprehensive strength of the Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation Group as the horizontal thread. We sincerely ask for your continued guidance and encouragement, starting with our business partners.
