The conformal coating agent, FluoroSurf FG-3650 series, is specially designed for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture and waterproofing of mounted circuit boards. It has four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based coatings and exhibits protective functions such as insulation, moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all in a thin film. It can be applied using a dispenser or spray, and the application is completed in just 5-10 minutes with room temperature drying! It is non-flammable and not subject to fire safety laws, nor is it classified as an organic solvent under safety regulations, significantly reducing on-site management items and equipment costs. Fluorinated regulated substances (such as PFOS, PFOA, PFHxS) are not used. *Free samples are available for those who request them (limited to corporations). - Compared to urethane and acrylic-based moisture-proof coatings, it has four times the moisture-proof performance and provides moisture protection with a thin film. It minimizes weight increase due to the coating film, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. - It is also resistant to the electrolyte of lithium batteries. It can protect the substrate in the event of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. - It exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing rust prevention effects. - Unlike silicone, it does not contain low molecular compounds, so it will not cause contact failure of electrical contacts after application. - It dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating is required. - The model with fluorescent dye (optional) makes it easy to confirm application under black light. - The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low in toxicity.
