STEAM·Z by Z Engineering Co., Ltd. has three main distinctive features. ■ It leaks only a minimal amount of steam. ■ It quickly and automatically discharges non-condensable gases such as drain and air generated in the steam supply pipes and heat exchangers. ■ It has no moving parts, resulting in almost no failures and no need for replacement. Z Engineering Co., Ltd. is a company that handles the orifice-type drain discharge system "STEAM·Z." We have overcome the weakness that was considered a drawback regarding the fluctuation of drain volume. When the maximum discharge drain volume is set at 100%, even if the drain volume decreases to 25% (1/4), there is no steam leakage. Even if it decreases to 12.5% (1/8), there is almost no steam leakage. Based on the manufacturing and sales of "STEAM·Z," we aim to contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society. In terms of quality improvement, we will work towards obtaining ISO 9001 certification. *We have been selected for subsidy grants from NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization). *We received the Edogawa Ward Industrial Award for the fiscal year 2016.
