The "LOTUS・Z" is a continuous discharge type steam condensate discharge system made entirely of stainless steel, with no moving parts at all. It is machined from solid round or forged material, so there are no welded joints. The orifice system features a structure with multiple orifice holes arranged on a single plate, and it is designed and manufactured according to the usage conditions, including the number of holes, hole diameter, and arrangement. Z Engineering Co., Ltd. is a company that handles the orifice-type drain discharge system "STEAM·Z." We have overcome the weakness that was considered a drawback regarding the fluctuation of drain volume. When the maximum discharge drain volume is set at 100%, even if the drain volume decreases to 25% (1/4), there is no steam leakage. Even if it decreases to 12.5% (1/8), there is almost no steam leakage. Based on the manufacturing and sales of "STEAM·Z," we aim to contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society. In terms of quality improvement, we will work towards obtaining ISO 9001 certification. *We have been selected for subsidy grants from NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization). *We received the Edogawa Ward Industrial Award for the fiscal year 2016.
