We would like to introduce a case study on solving customer issues. In the process of moving transmissions in the automotive industry several times, the customer was struggling with the significant time and effort required for the installation and removal of nuts attached to bolts, as everything was done manually. We proposed the "FF type" one-touch coupler for hanging brackets, which can be connected easily with a single touch, tailored to the shape of the bolts the customer was using. As a result, the customer was able to move the components easily with one touch instead of doing it manually, significantly reducing the work time and achieving great satisfaction.
