[Case Study on Work Environment] Suction Pads

Improving the efficiency of parts transport operations by selecting excellent suction pads! Introducing examples related to the working environment.

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenges faced by our customers who manufacture electronic components. They were using suction pads from other companies in their operations, but they struggled with poor adhesion, and even when the pads did adhere, the components would sometimes fall during the process, leading to inefficiencies. We proposed suitable "suction pads" in collaboration with a specialized manufacturer of vacuum transport equipment. The selection of suction pads involved borrowing the customer's transport items and conducting tests with multiple suction pads, after which we submitted a test report. After reviewing the test results, the customer decided to adopt our solution immediately. They are very pleased with the improved workability.
