"Fluoro Surf FG-5093" is a mold release agent made by dissolving a special fluororesin in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent. By applying it, the adhesion of the surface molding resin is reduced, and a layer of fluorinated compounds at the nanometer level exhibits excellent release properties even for complex and precise shapes. It demonstrates its effectiveness in cases where conventional release agents do not work well. It has excellent durability, with a proven track record of continuous release for thousands of shots, and reapplication with a brush or spray can restore its performance. Additionally, since the release agent does not adhere to the workpiece, cleaning after molding is unnecessary.
