About "non-water-soluble cutting oils" and "water-soluble cutting oils"! An explanation of the types of cutting oils.
Cutting oils can be based on oils such as fats and mineral oils, or they can be water-based with added functions for lubrication, rust prevention, and preservation. The water-based ones are soluble in water, hence they are called "water-soluble cutting oils." Conventional cutting oils are oil-based and do not dissolve in water, so they are referred to as "non-water-soluble cutting oils." Since its founding in 1983, Cool Tech has contributed to improving the productivity of manufacturing lines, primarily in the construction machinery industry, through its engineering business. Currently, we offer a range of products that propose solutions to issues related to cutting oils, including water-soluble mist devices, high pH alkaline ion water generators, and accompanying specialized cutting oils, receiving support from numerous customers both domestically and internationally. Leveraging the experience and knowledge cultivated over many years in the engineering business, we will contribute to the development of the metal processing industry through product development that realizes productivity improvements in metal processing and sales through consulting for our customers.
