When handling data measured by 3D laser scanners and other devices for objects and terrain on a computer, objects and terrain can be represented as a collection of "points" (i.e., a 3D point cloud). Based on data obtained from ground-based laser scanners (TOPCON, FARO) and aerial photogrammetry using UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), we create 3D models to produce topographic maps and current condition drawings of structures.
