Safely and reliably collects both welding fumes and metal dust with one machine!
【Features】 1. It can collect not only fumes but also metal dust (equipped with a manual dust drop lever and dust box). 2. It is designed for AC 100V, making it easy to secure power supply. 3. Its compact design and caster wheels provide good portability, allowing it to be used in various work areas within the factory. 4. It comes standard with a self-supporting duct arm that holds the suction hood at any desired position. 5. When a local exhaust unit (optional) is installed, outdoor exhaust via duct connection is possible. 【Dust Control】 ● Our unique suction air flow path structure and the use of metal fiber filters ensure a reliable fire extinguishing mechanism. ● To prepare for potential explosions, a vent (explosion pressure relief port) and a backflow prevention valve (explosion pressure stopper) are installed on the suction hood, implementing explosion protection measures. ● It complies with the explosion hazard classification St1 for dust according to JIS Z 8817 "Measurement Methods for Explosion Pressure and Pressure Rise Rate of Combustible Dust." 【Welding Fume Control】 ● High-performance element filters effectively capture harmful welding fumes. ● It can be used in response to the revised regulations for welding fume control implemented in April 2021.

Applications/Examples of results
Traditionally, separate dust collectors were required for welding fumes and metal dust generated during grinding. However, since welding and grinding operations are often performed on the same welding table, the installation space and introduction costs for dust collector equipment posed significant challenges. This product achieves the collection of both welding fumes and metal dust with a single unit, making it highly beneficial for improving customers' work environments!
