【Construction Procedure】 ■ Attach the outer ring receiving jig to the lower pile and insert the outer ring, which has been coated with rust preventive, into the lower pile. Install the guide link that connects the upper and lower piles, and erect the upper pile. ■ Remove the guide ring and apply rust preventive to the outer peripheral surface of the end plate and the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring. ■ Engage the inner ring with the protruding part of the end plates of the upper and lower piles, and apply rust preventive to the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring. ■ Install the hydraulic jack in the designated position. ■ Apply fitting force with the hydraulic jack to fit the inner ring and outer ring together. ■ Remove the hydraulic jack and confirm that the fitting allowance is within the specified range. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
