By instantly detecting the barely visible "spark," we can prevent fires before they occur.
Factory fires are often caused by ignition or sparks from electrical systems (electrical fires), with the occurrence points typically being within distribution boards and control panels. To facilitate the early detection of fires within these boards, SKH089 has been developed. This device consolidates ultraviolet detection technology into a compact body, allowing for the high-sensitivity detection of flames and sparks that occur within the panels. Additionally, it can detect the diffuse reflection of ultraviolet light generated within the panels, enabling flexible installation layouts. 【Features】 ■ High-sensitivity detection of flames and sparks (ultraviolet) originating from distribution boards ■ Detection of diffuse reflection of ultraviolet light ■ Compact body & direct installation on DIN rails ■ Equipped with relay c contact output

At the time of our founding, we were engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic devices for ceramics, centered around Bizen pottery, a local industry in Okayama where our headquarters is located. The technology we have cultivated over many years for managing and monitoring flames has transformed into ultraviolet application devices (flame detection sensors), and we are transitioning to become a sensor manufacturer primarily focused on flame detection sensors. Despite being the world's smallest size for outdoor use, our sensors boast the highest performance (capable of detecting a flame at a distance of 10 meters for a lighter-sized flame, and at 70 meters for a fire column of about 1 meter, with a minimum detection time of 0.5 seconds). Ultraviolet light is only found in natural environments in sunlight and flames. By utilizing the technology that "separates ultraviolet light" contained in sunlight and flames, we are developing flame detection sensors that can be used outdoors without receiving false alarms from sunlight. By applying this technology, we are creating products aimed primarily at protecting the assets of companies in the rare event of a fire, unlike conventional fire alarms (heat detectors, smoke detectors) which are designed for life-saving purposes.
