Electric wrench optimal for tightening using the nut rotation angle method.
This is an electric wrench that performs nut rotation angle tightening. It is capable of final tightening of high-strength hex bolts with hot-dip galvanized coating and 12G hot-dip galvanized high-strength hex bolts. After the initial tightening at the specified torque, simply applying a certain rotation angle to the nut introduces the required bolt axial force, allowing for the omission of torque checks after tightening. ◎ Automatic Control of Tightening Angle By setting the tightening angle on the built-in controller's "tightening angle setting dial," the wrench is automatically controlled. It achieves high-precision rotation angle tightening by reliably measuring only the nut's rotation angle without measuring the free rotation angle until resistance is encountered. ◎ Dedicated Lever Socket that Can Be Inserted Without Rotating the Wrench Body Since the reaction force receiver is not fixed to the wrench body, the socket can be easily inserted into the nut without rotating the wrench body. ◎ Slim Lever Socket Type Also Available ◎ Corner Type for Tight Spaces A corner type designed with a short overall length is also available for work in tight spaces. It is suitable for tightening in narrow areas where standard models cannot be used, such as U-rib sections and truss junctions in bridges.

Hot-dip galvanized high-strength hex bolt - final tightening
Detailed information
-
By simply setting the tightening angle on the "tightening angle setting dial" of the built-in controller, the wrench is automatically controlled. It achieves high-precision rotational angle tightening by reliably measuring only the rotation angle of the nut without measuring the free rotation angle until resistance is encountered. The controller is built into the main body, making it a compact and lightweight wrench that is easy to use.
-
The slim lever socket type features a small-diameter long design (slim lever socket) and is ideal for fastening the ribbed flange section.
-
Maintenance is centralized at the measuring instruments and tools center, where we have established a unique advanced inspection system to ensure you can use our products with confidence.
