By simply applying FluoroSurf FG-5093 to the nozzle and die, a fluorine film that adheres to the coated area continuously exhibits slip properties, making it less likely for issues such as surface defects, melt fracture, and sharkskin to occur, allowing for prolonged continuous molding. Even when the effectiveness decreases, it can be easily restored by reapplying on-site. Additionally, it is non-flammable, ensuring safe use during application. *Free samples are currently available.
