"MIMM-R" is a mobile high-speed 3D tunnel inspection system that acquires color images of tunnel linings and high-precision three-dimensional spatial position data while in operation. By equipping a non-contact radar, it has become possible to investigate the thickness of concrete linings and detect voids behind them. The reduction in on-site workdays, decrease in high-altitude work, and less traffic congestion due to the absence of traffic regulations significantly enhance safety at the site.
