A high insulation and high water-repellent fluorine coating protects the printed circuit board from moisture and humidity. It is non-flammable and highly safe.
The fluorosurf FG-3650 series protective coating for electronic circuit boards is specially designed for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as moisture and waterproofing of mounted circuit boards. It has four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based coatings, and it exhibits protective functions such as insulation, moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency, all in a thin film. It can be applied using a dispenser or spray, and the application is completed in 5-10 minutes with room temperature drying! It is non-flammable and not subject to fire safety laws, nor is it classified as an organic solvent under safety regulations, significantly reducing management items and equipment costs on-site. *Free samples are available for those who request them (limited to corporations). It minimizes weight increase due to the coating film, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. - It is also resistant to the electrolyte of lithium batteries. It can protect the substrate in case of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. - It exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing rust prevention effects. - Unlike silicone, it does not contain low molecular compounds, so it will not cause contact failure of electrical contacts after application. - It dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating is required. - The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low in toxicity.
