The fluorosurf FG-3650 series protective coating for electronic circuit boards is suitable for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as for moisture-proof and waterproof coating of mounted circuit boards. It exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, saltwater resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, resistance to lithium battery electrolyte, and water and oil repellency with a thin film. - Does not use regulated substances such as PFOA, PFOS, and PFHxS. - Offers four times the moisture resistance compared to urethane and acrylic-based moisture-proof coatings, providing moisture protection with a thin film. It minimizes weight increase from the coating film, making it suitable for lightweight devices such as mobile equipment. - Resistant to the electrolyte of lithium batteries. It can protect the substrate in case of electrolyte leakage, preventing fire accidents. - Exhibits strong protective effects against acidic gases, saline solutions, and corrosive liquids, also providing rust prevention. - Does not contain low molecular compounds like silicone, so it will not cause poor contact at electrical connections after application. - Dries at room temperature, with a drying time of 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating required. - The non-flammable solvent type is non-flammable and low toxicity. It is not subject to PRTR law or fire service law regulations. - Low viscosity makes it easy to handle.
