The "NNT Series" adopts Asahi's unique hot air pathway "Direct Axial Blow," significantly reducing drying time. Furthermore, steam consumption and electricity costs are halved (compared to our company), allowing for a substantial reevaluation of factory costs with this fully automatic dryer. "Direct Axial Blow" Hot air attacks the items directly from the front and rear ducts, rather than through punching holes. Thermal energy is transmitted to the items without being obstructed by the rotating drum. This efficiency leads to energy savings and faster drying. "Equipment Insulation" Insulation covers are used on the heater section, front and rear of the main body, and ceiling surface. This reduces heat radiation and contributes to improving the working environment and energy savings. "Operation Panel" An easy-to-use color touch panel is adopted. - 16 drying courses can be set; production management screens can be saved on an SD card.
