[Field Report] Measures Against Exhaust Odors from Water Supply and Sewerage Circulation Treatment Facilities (Demonstration Available)
Installation of Deodorizing Spray Box! Introducing a case study of the Niokix Deodorizing System *Deodorant liquid samples available.
As a measure against the exhaust odor from the wastewater treatment facility, we would like to introduce a case where we conducted a deodorizing effect test using our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200). Regarding the exhaust odor from the carbonization unit, there was a strong burnt smell, and it seemed that operations had to be temporarily halted due to complaints from local residents after the facility was completed and started operating. Therefore, we first extended the odor from the existing roof fan exhaust outlet using aluminum flexible duct and suctioned it with a line fan. At the suction point, we installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit). We conducted a total of three deodorizing demo tests, collected and verified deodorizing effect data, and based on this data, we received a request for the design of the Nioix deodorizing system.
