As a measure against exhaust odors from the cleaning processing center, we would like to introduce a case where we conducted a deodorizing effect test using our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200). We have received the highest evaluations and have the most achievements regarding cleaning facilities, recycling processing facilities, and industrial waste processing facilities. First, we extended the aluminum flexible duct from the exhaust outlet to draw in the odors using a line fan, and installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit) at the suction point. During this deodorizing effect test (evaluation test), it was confirmed that the exhaust gas odors were reduced by 90% due to the deodorant spray, and based on the odor measurement results, we proposed the Nioix deodorizing system.
