We would like to introduce an example of creating a manual for the implementation of a WEB internal newsletter system. The WEB internal newsletter system requires the person in charge at the implementation site to perform various settings. Therefore, a detailed implementation manual was necessary, and we were asked to create it. Our company provided a tutorial-style manual that allows users to complete the settings without confusion by following the steps in order from the beginning. While actually testing the system, we assisted in identifying settings that were likely to be difficult for the representatives of each company, even before we began writing the manual.
