Patients can easily operate it using a touch panel. ■ Credit payment is available as an option. The types of cards accepted include credit cards, electronic money, transportation IC cards, and code payments. ■ Efficiency can be improved with a set of automatic payment machines and POS registers. The automatic payment machine (for patients) and the POS register (for staff) work together for billing. When a patient settles their bill at the automatic payment machine, the staff can instantly see the billing status on their screen. ■ The POS register for staff allows for management of billing and payment records. During busy times, billing can also be processed simultaneously on the staff's POS register. Payment management (daily report output, accounts receivable management) and searching and displaying past billing information are possible. The staff's billing screen can handle billing outside of ORCA treatment. ■ Linked with ORCA, it can accommodate both outpatient and inpatient billing. Both the automatic payment machine and the POS register can handle billing for outpatients and inpatients. Staff can specify inpatient billing patients for month-end closing or discharge on the POS register side.
