In various factories that possess roll equipment, traditional methods for adjusting the parallelism of each roll have involved the use of plumb bobs, inside micrometers, gauges, and other tools. However, this method takes time to locate the apex position of the rolls, and the readings can vary depending on the operator, leading to inconsistencies in accuracy. With the roll alignment system, it is possible to easily and accurately perform parallelism adjustment tasks by combining a rotating laser with multiple targets, allowing anyone to achieve high precision.
