[Heat Stroke Measures] Roof fan replacement work at an automobile bodywork and painting factory.

Eliminating insufficient ventilation! We were able to create a flow of air within the factory by combining exhaust fans and coolers.

In the automotive sheet metal and painting factory, three rooftop ventilators, known as "roof fans," were installed; however, the required ventilation frequency for the building was insufficient. As a result, a review of measures against heatstroke for workers and the working environment was being considered. To address the lack of ventilation frequency, we proposed replacement work to increase the capacity of the existing "roof fans." There was no need for new installations, and by enhancing the capacity of the existing units, the necessary ventilation frequency was achieved. Additionally, we conducted a detailed installation simulation for a high-capacity spot air conditioner, "Hyper Strong Cool," to ensure it would not affect the painting process, allowing us to select an appropriate installation location for its introduction.
