Antibacterial with the power of copper! Antibacterial mask case "MASK REST"
A place to put your mask while eating... For carrying spare masks... Antibacterial storage for the mask to be worn the next day before going to bed...
Are you having trouble finding a place to put your mask when you take it off during meals? In such cases, we introduce a convenient mask case that allows you to store and carry your mask securely. Now that masks have become essential, let's protect ourselves from harmful viruses and bacteria by using the copper-based mask case "MASK REST." Additionally, by suppressing the growth of bacteria, it also helps reduce unpleasant odors that linger on the mask. <Excellent Antibacterial and Sterilizing Effects> Metals such as copper and brass containing copper have been recognized for their antiviral effects against O157, norovirus, influenza, and antibacterial properties against harmful bacteria like Legionella. Furthermore, in 2008, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency legally approved a label stating that it "sterilizes pathogenic microorganisms harmful to humans and is effective for public health" (according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's standards, sterilization refers to reducing bacteria to nearly zero within two hours). In recent years, there are also high expectations for its effectiveness against the rampant novel coronavirus.

basic information
■It is used by attaching a metal plate to a folded paper base. ■The size is B6, which can be easily inserted into a notebook or bag without being cumbersome. ■Set includes 2 base sheets and 2 copper plates. The metal plates are made of "copper (purity of 99.9% or higher)," which is said to have high antibacterial properties, and no surface treatment has been applied to maintain its effectiveness. Additionally, a mesh processing has been applied to minimize the visibility of fingerprints and discoloration. You can use one copper plate with one base sheet, or two copper plates with one base sheet. The basic set is available in two colors. Over time, the surface will oxidize and discolor, but this is not a defect of the product. It may become dark or develop green patina (ryokushō, blue rust). (Please imagine a 10-yen coin.) Please understand that there may be discoloration when it arrives at your hands. The effectiveness remains unchanged even after oxidation. If moisture or sweat comes into contact, or if it is touched with bare hands, discoloration may occur more easily, so it is recommended to care for it with a dry cloth. *Custom designs are also possible. We specialize in the sale of copper alloy materials and non-ferrous metal materials. In addition to traditional copper alloy materials, we are actively promoting the next-generation copper-aluminum clad material "CCA" in collaboration with ACM (Applied Composite Material Corp.). <Metal Processing Division> We excel in processing small quantities of a wide variety of metal pipes. Our diverse techniques include coil winding, R-bending, various bending processes, and welding. We handle everything from one-off parts used in heat exchanger components and machinery to larger quantities for automotive, consumer, and residential applications. In the world of bending processing, where small lots are common, the presence or absence of molds becomes quite important. We propose a mix of our own molds and equipment, as well as those from partner factories. Additionally, our precision cutting processing using NC automatic lathes leverages the procurement advantages unique to Tatsumiya, which has a metal materials trading division, enhancing customer satisfaction through technical expertise, procurement power, and cost efficiency. With over 90 years of establishment as a processing trading company, we view the 100-year mark as a milestone and will continue to build a great company in the future.
