The cleaning work of tile carpets is suitable for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and they are actively contributing as a workforce. We aim to collaborate with the Silver Human Resources Center to enable the elderly to also become a part of the workforce and contribute to employment support for those considered socially vulnerable.
