【Veneer Revolution】Shinnoki Prefinished Veneer Decorative Board On this page, we will introduce three types from the four lineups of Shinnoki: ■ Nightfall - Stardust Walnut - Chocolate Oak - Raven Oak ■ What is Shinnoki? In Japan, the craftsmanship of veneer lamination, coloring, and finishing is done using a fully automated line from Belgium, allowing for consistent production in the factory. In furniture factories, by cutting and edge banding decorative boards like low-pressure melamine boards, it is possible to easily and quickly produce high-quality decorative panels and furniture components. The front and back surfaces are coated with urethane acrylate paint and undergo six rounds of UV irradiation, resulting in a high-quality finish that retains the natural texture of the wood. While Japan typically uses 0.2mm thin veneer, this product employs veneer that is three times thicker, creating a space with overwhelming wood grain presence.
