We utilize a fully automated line in Belgium to ensure consistent quality in our factory. In furniture manufacturing, by cutting and edge banding decorative boards like low-pressure melamine boards, we can easily and quickly produce high-quality decorative panels and furniture components. We use urethane acrylate paint on both sides and perform UV irradiation six times, resulting in a high-quality finish that retains the natural wood texture.
