Demo unit rental available, case study collection provided. The troublesome tasks such as sludge dewatering have been eliminated, reducing the workload!
The device, which demonstrates its effectiveness particularly in food-related industries such as oils and fats, meat processing, and prepared food factories, combines a chlorine drip system with a mechanical ceramic system. When chlorinated municipal or well water passes through the mechanical ceramic system using ferrite-based ceramic catalysts, it produces hypochlorous acid (HCLO), which has strong oxidative power. By stirring the wastewater tank, oxidation and interfacial action of the oil components in the wastewater occur, reducing the oil content and bringing the normal hexane extract to below 10%. Nitrogen and phosphorus are also removed, and sludge is reduced, eliminating the need for conventional processes such as coagulation and sludge dewatering, thereby simplifying operations. Since it can be integrated into existing wastewater and pollution control systems, significant cost reductions are possible. **Features** - Generates hypochlorous acid (HCLO) with strong oxidative power - Reduces normal hexane extract to below 10% - Removes nitrogen and phosphorus, and reduces sludge - Eliminates cumbersome tasks, simplifying operations - Easily integrates into existing wastewater and pollution control systems *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

The main business of SGM Corporation, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, which is aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and other substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewer systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a reliable and robust product. For over 30 years since its launch, there have been numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
