The "Oil-containing Wastewater Treatment Device (ODS-ZIII Type)" is used in the process to comply with sewage discharge standards for kitchen wastewater. Inside a cylindrical SUS304 packing tower, catalysts (ceramics/mechanical ceramic balls) are placed, and a sodium hypochlorite solution with a concentration of 12% is dripped in from a chemical injection unit into circulating water. These three components come into contact with each other in the water of the packing tower to generate "mechanical ceramic water." The resulting product significantly enhances the oxidative decomposition power of "active oxygen" against organic substances in chlorine. Once the oxidative decomposition action is complete, it returns to a neutral water with a pH of about 7-8, making it safe for sewage discharge and highly considerate of the natural environment. 【Features】 ■ Low running costs ■ Reduces sludge volume by up to 1/4 compared to conventional methods, leading to cost savings ■ Deodorizing effect ■ Pest repellent *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The main business of SGM Corporation, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, which is aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and other substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewer systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a reliable and robust product. For over 30 years since its launch, there have been numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
