≪Example≫ Before: Data was measured using a tensile testing machine and calipers, and humidity and temperature data were visually checked and entered manually each time. After implementation: The output from the testing machine is now read by a PC, and digital calipers are used for data collection. Immediately after testing, data from the tensile test and calipers is automatically input into the PC, and the hygrometer and thermometer are also linked, allowing for simultaneous recording of all data each time. ▼ When combining with other functions ▼ ▮ Data from testing requirements received from higher levels is reflected on the PC, automatically setting testing conditions. ▮ Test data after execution can also be sent to higher levels, contributing to the digitalization of data management. Read test data can also be accumulated in a database. We have experience in building databases from new designs as well as with existing Access and Oracle databases*. Results can be output in CSV or EXCEL format. Please consult us about whether it can be integrated with your current data management methods. *Currently, we do not support cloud management.
